Description

These archival bookmarkers are made from light grey, age-resistant, buffered 130gsm archival paper and are designed for use with documents, files, books, photographs and other collection materials.

A semi-circular cut-out in the upper section allows the bookmarker to be securely attached to one or several sheets without the need for adhesives, staples or other potentially damaging fixings. Once attached, the upper section remains visible above the object, providing space for a handwritten label, reference number or barcode.

The archival paper is manufactured from 100% bleached cellulose without recycled or wood-containing fibres. It is acid-free and lignin-free, with an alkaline reserve of more than 3% natural calcium carbonate to support long-term permanence.

The paper contains no optical brightening agents and has a specially strengthened surface that is dirt-resistant and erasable. It is also non-bleeding in accordance with DIN ISO 16245:2012.

The material meets the technological requirements of ISO 9706 and has passed the Photographic Activity Test in accordance with ISO 18916:2025, making the bookmarkers suitable for use alongside photographic and sensitive archival materials.

Suitable for museums, libraries, archives, record offices, special collections and other organisations requiring safe and durable identification markers.
