To redeem Coupon codes, they must be used at time of purchase on our website, by using the code in the Promo/voucher box at the checkout stage of purchase. Refunds will not be issued to customers credit/debit cards or PayPal accounts after orders are placed. The coupon codes are only valid at the time of purchase.

Returns must be made within 21 days of delivery all labels swing tickets etc. must be attached. DARAC will NOT pay the return costs incurred by the customer. Refunds will be given for the cost of the items only and will not include the original shipping charge. Only Items purchased directly from DARAC.ie can be exchanged/refunded by DARAC.ie.
