Description
50 Litre General Purpose Emergency Spill Kit
Be prepared for leaks and spills in museums, galleries, archives, libraries and historic properties with this compact, portable emergency spill kit.
A practical addition to your emergency response supplies, this 50 litre kit helps staff contain localised spills and limit the spread of liquid towards collections, displays and historic interiors. Keep it close at hand in collection stores, conservation workshops, plant rooms, loading areas or maintenance vehicles.
The highly visible yellow shoulder bag is easy to identify and carry to the affected area. Absorbent socks can be positioned around a spill to help contain it and protect nearby drains, while general-purpose pads absorb the liquid for removal. Textured wipes and a disposal bag with tie are included to assist with general clean-up and the collection of used absorbents for appropriate disposal.
The general-purpose absorbents are suitable for a wide range of non-aggressive liquids, including water, oils, coolants, antifreeze, weak chemicals and solvents.
